I am a graduate of LUMS university with a joint major in Politics and Economics (PolEcon). Before university, I had a diverse academic journey. In O Levels, I studied the pre-medical sciences, including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and achieved straight A's. In A Levels, I transitioned to Business, Economics, Mathematics, and Urdu, where I also earned straight A's. This shift reflects my curiosity and willingness to explore new fields while consistently performing at a high academic level.

Throughout my academic journey,  I have TA-ed a course, and taught some online tuitions. Where I gained practical exposure to different aspects of teaching and developed strong communication skills.

Over time, I discovered a strong interest in teaching and have enjoyed working with students from diverse backgrounds. This helped me with using different teaching strategies, and understanding student behaviour. During the summer before my final year at LUMS, I joined another tutoring platform where I tutored some International students.

My teaching approach is concept-based. I believe that before solving questions or memorizing information, students should have a clear understanding of the underlying concepts. I begin each topic by explaining it in a simple and easy-to-understand way, encouraging students to ask questions until they feel confident. Once I am sure the concepts are clear, I move on to practice questions, discussions, and short assessments to reinforce their understanding.
